Who we are

Studio 1042 (“we”, “us”) is a summer camp marketing and creative studio backed by Smaller Earth Group. This policy explains what personal information we collect through studio1042.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: byran@studio1042.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Start a Project form: your name, camp, email address, phone number, the services you’re interested in and any message you write.
• Register your interests: your email address.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running securely. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and scope a project with you.
• To let you know about Studio 1042 services if you registered your interest. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Our legal bases are your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the site.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend (an email delivery service) and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as processors on our behalf. We may share information within Smaller Earth Group where needed to deliver a project. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project plus any period required for our records. Interest registrations are kept until you ask us to remove you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email byran@studio1042.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
